How long will my order take?
Personalised orders are typically shipped within 7-8 working days following the approval of your digital artwork.
Non-personalised orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update accurately.
What should I do if I have received only part of my order?
We strive to send all items in a single package. If you receive an incomplete order, please email us at paperplanesjaipur@gmail.com or info@paperplanesindia.com within 48 hours with the details of the missing item(s) and your order number. We will investigate and respond promptly with the next steps.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order and delivery location.
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above INR 2000 and during special promotions on our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are additional, and please note that COD is not available for personalised or customised products.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please email us at paperplanesjaipur@gmail.com or info@paperplanesindia.comwithin 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the damaged item in its original condition and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at the earliest.
Kindly note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
My tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received my order. What now?
If you're located in a gated society or apartment complex, we suggest checking with your security or concierge. Couriers sometimes leave parcels at entry points due to access restrictions.
If you're still unable to locate the parcel, please email us at paperplanesjaipur@gmail.com or info@paperplanesindia.com within 24 hours of the marked delivery. We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to investigate the issue.
Please note: We may not be able to assist with delivery disputes reported beyond 24 hours after the tracking status is marked as 'delivered'.
