SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For personalized orders, shipping will occur within 8-10 working days after the approval of digital artwork, while non-personalized orders will be shipped within 4-5 working days. Shipping times may vary based on the delivery location. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your inbox. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to display the accurate status of your shipment.
What should I do if I have only received a part of my order?
We take care to send all products in one package. If you discover that a part of your order is missing, please contact us at info@paperplanesindia.com with your order details within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide the necessary assistance.
Do you offer global shipping?

How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order volume and delivery location. We provide free shipping for prepaid orders above 2000 INR and during special offers on our website. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are additional, and COD is not available for personalized/customized products.
RETURN / REFUND / REPLACEMENT
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please don’t worry. Contact us at info@paperplanesindia.com with images of the damaged product in its original condition within 2 days of receiving the order. We will promptly address the issue and either resolve it or replace the product as needed. Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, and returns, refunds, or exchanges are only possible for damaged products.
My tracking link shows 'delivered,' but I have not received the package. What should I do?
If your tracking link displays ‘delivered,’ but you haven’t received the package, please check with your gate or security if you live in a gated community or apartment complex. Sometimes, courier partners leave parcels there due to restrictions. If you still haven’t received your order, contact us at info@paperplanesindia.com within 24 hours of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We will investigate the matter and assist you further. Please note that after 24 hours, we may not be able to investigate with the courier service.

How can I cancel my order?

When can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped from our warehouse. However, there is NO cancellation applicable for personalized/customized products once the order is placed.
Can I cancel my order once the product has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us before the product leaves our order-processing center. However, there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored in such cases.
When will I receive my refund for the canceled order?
If the payment was made through credit or debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed to your respective account within 7-12 working days. Please note that we rely on the credit card issuing bank to facilitate the refund, and any delays from their end are beyond our control.
